Four Elements Trainer by Tom Stokes is a great way to get the four elements out of your head without having to write them down and memorize them.
It’s a simple way to work out what you want to be doing and how you want it to look and feel.
Tom Stokes, creator of the Four Elements Trainers, has a blog about the program on his site.
The Four Elements Training by Tom and his wife, Ann, is available on Amazon.com for $99.00 and is a fantastic workout routine for a whole new level of physical fitness.
Stokes’ blog features some of the things that are featured in the book, including:A set of exercises to train each of the four basic elements, as well as the seven subtleties of the eight elements.
A visual guide to how to build your body to match your body type.
A “training schedule” for the four essential elements.
This is a pretty easy way to start, as it uses a set of easy to understand exercises that you can work on with a friend or at home, as long as you have a partner or a computer nearby.
You can also download the program for free on Amazon if you want.
In addition to the four main elements, there’s also a set for each of your other elements, such as your breath, the feel of your feet, the color of your skin and so on.
Four Elements Trainer includes a section on each element’s subtletys, which Stokes has done with the help of an audio file of the subtlety in question.
“You could go into it thinking, ‘I’m just going to get up and go and train the elements’ or, ‘What’s my main goal?’ or, you know, ‘How am I going to achieve that?’,” Stokes told Business Insider.
I was really excited to see that they included the subtlets in the exercise plan, as opposed to just doing the exercises in a sequence.
And they included an exercise that had to be done on the first day, so that it was not too easy to start the program,” he added.
Stoke also has some suggestions for how to train more subtlets. “
[It’s] a way of teaching the subtleness of each of these elements, and the fact that you’ll get these subtlets at the end of it,” he said.

If you are having trouble with your core, he recommends doing a push-up routine with the weight you have on your back.
You can also do a “push-up with the same weight” routine, which will give you some of your core muscles working to keep you from dropping too much weight.
You can find the rest of the workouts and instructions for Four Elements trainer on his blog, including a video walkthrough of the exercises, as part of the book.
