Why I don’t love the ‘Four Elements Trainer’

Four Elements Trainer by Tom Stokes is a great way to get the four elements out of your head without having to write them down and memorize them.

It’s a simple way to work out what you want to be doing and how you want it to look and feel.

Tom Stokes, creator of the Four Elements Trainers, has a blog about the program on his site.

The Four Elements Training by Tom and his wife, Ann, is available on Amazon.com for $99.00 and is a fantastic workout routine for a whole new level of physical fitness.

Stokes’ blog features some of the things that are featured in the book, including:A set of exercises to train each of the four basic elements, as well as the seven subtleties of the eight elements.

[It’s] a way of teaching the subtleness of each of these elements, and the fact that you’ll get these subtlets at the end of it,” he said.
